Enhance productivity in both print room and mailroom with the RS AutoLoad™ solution. This system produces high quality, fan-fold stacks from roll paper for bulk feeding of inserters or other finishing equipment. A selection of forms transfer carts provides easy-to-use and flexible stack transportation to match your environment. RS AutoLoad allows you to print and insert longer without stopping, by creating efficient high capacity stacks. Run times are extended while printing bills, statements, checks or other transactional mailing applications, and output can be presented A-Z or Z-A as needed. For automatic job separation of fanfold reports or sysout, a single-station Separator/Folder is available. There are five StackRack transfer carts to choose from, holding up to 40,000 forms, for space-efficient forms movement and storage, and for feeding stacks to inserters. As with all of our products, the RS AutoLoad is compatible with today’s most advanced digital printers and can be adapted to meet your printing needs. Global service and around-the-clock support help ensure our reputation as the industry’s reliability leader. Count on Lasermax Roll Systems to help you do more with digital print. |
The RS AutoLoad solution is comprised of the RS Unwind, RS Folder (or alternatively, the RSS3 Separator/Folder), and RST3 AutoLoad Tilt Table, for fanfold print-to-mail applications. The surface-driven RS Unwind includes no-lift mounting and a self-centering shaftless design, and begins the process by unwinding a web up to 18 inches wide into a digital printer. Once material is printed, the RST3 AutoLoad Tilt Table works in conjunction with the RS Folder to fanfold stacks and unload forms. |
The Tilt Table pivots in either direction (for A-Z or Z-A processing) to an upright position to deliver up to 10,000 forms at a time. The four-section StackRack carts hold up to 40,000 forms for continuous feeding of high-speed inserters. Smaller carts are also available for off-site movement of forms or for more frequent trips to the mailroom. All components use standard power, are mobile, modular, compact, and are designed to dramatically improve workflow. |
