Since then, the company whose seat is in German Augsburg, focused on development and production of inserting systems. Hand in hand with the growing market in the field of document management, it has increasingly focused on creating a comprehensive offer of products which would encompass the entire technological chain for Mailroom. These products comprise of not only hardware such as inserting systems, paper unwinders, sorting systems, card systems etc. but efforts are increasingly aimed at administration software solutions, document management and monitoring. Our company has its subsidiaries in 21 countries in 50 countries across the world is represented by our partner companies. Augsburg is home to the production of high-speed inserting systems, plastic card processing systems and software development. 
Lasermax Roll SystemsLasermax Roll Systems AB has its headquarters in Swedish Ljungby and American Burlington, Massachusetts. The company came to being by a fusion of Roll Systems Inc. from American Berlington and a division of Swedish Stralfors Lasermax. This strategic fusion brought into existence a company which became the world’s leader in the market of high-speed paper handling systems and a monitoring system for digital printers. Facilities of this company intelligently join its development, production and logistic capacities and are the basis for providing for business activities for both the existing and new markets all over the globe. Lasermax Roll Systems subsidiaries can thus be found in Sweden, Great Britain, Belgium or Singapore. In July 2007, BÖWE SYSTEC acquired the remaining 50 percent share of Lasermax Roll Systems AB, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the BÖWE Group.

BÖWE CARDTECBÖWE CARDTEC was originated in 2004 by a merger of Protechno Card GmbH and BÖWE ORGA Cardtec GmbH. Only thanks to this step it was possible to bring together expertise and products of two companies specializing in plastic card personalization. The new company became the leader in the field of hardware and software solutions for the personalization of plastic cards and ID documents. BÖWE CARDTEC offers high-end, mid-range and desktop card personalization systems, mailing card systems and PMP (Personalization Management Platform) along with high security software for production and inserting systems. The entire system features high functionality of management procedures which is possible as a result of continuous monitoring, quality control and providing immediate information to the operator, also in specific cases and individual client solutions. PMP also includes data preparation, sorting and monitoring along with the management of the card life cycle and their print designs. BÖWE CARDTEC headquarters are based in German Paderborn and concentrates, in particular, on plastic card personalization and software.

BÖWE BELL + HOWELLBÖWE SYSTEC AG started its operation in the significant American market already in 2002 via the BELL + HOWELL company, which three years later became a wholly owned subsidiary of BÖWE SYSTEC and was renamed to BÖWE BELL + HOWELL. The subsidiary headquarters are in Durham, North Carolina and in Wheeling, Illinois. The company has a staff of 2.250 and in the Postal Systems department itself, there are around 1500 employees. BÖWE BELL + HOWELL has managed to create a very well developed sales and services network in North America. This company became the leader in the North America continued undoubtedly thanks to the ideal combination of high-performance inserting systems and quality service. The company comprises of the following corporate sectors: BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Company (Inserting systems, scanner). This department concentrates on production, marketing, service and trading inserting and sorting systems, in particular in the North-American market.
